As a foreign-born naturalized citizen, I can never run for President. But i am very proud to have daughters who can, if they wanted to. Hillary did not win today, but her campaigns make it more accessible for the women who will one day. Progress can be measured in many ways. Just ask Susan B Anthony, Victoria Woodhull, Shirley Chisholm, Geraldine Ferraro, and even Sarah Palin. Each one broke barriers that put Hillary Rodham Clinton within inches of the Oval Office. This year, many young American girls have found a new dream of becoming President of the United States. As a father, I am deeply touched by that.

By the way, Happy Birthday Jazmen Mainor-Davis, Future President of the United States!
