Cruz doesn’t stand a chance. No way in hell Kasich is going to hand his delegates over to Lucifer himself.

How badly are the Republicans willing to go to ward off Donald Trump’s party insurrection? Will they opt out of their support to watch him falter before Hillary Clinton? Assuming, of course, that Bernie’s supporters are less stubborn, weakening Hillary’s chances any less than Trump’s.

It’s a close call. Trump has his fanbase in the headlights. He really is their only choice at this point. At the very least, Hillary has the support of her party’s leadership, while (so far) staving off its own independent insurrection from Sanders. She does have the upper-hand. She also has more money, more political resources, and she also has the inside scoop. he his far more affected by political fallout than his rival on the other side.

Trump may not seem like such a bad choice, esp when compared to a biased view against “Killary”. This is the same party that supported trillions spent on a war that cost thousands of soldiers with no clear victory as a good thing. The same party that didn’t mind funneling tax dollars to broker a drug trade for weapons between Iran and South American drug cartels. Trump will bleed our economy dry as he sets up life after the White House, and blame it all on Obama.

If Sanders hands the election over to the Republicans with his “win or else” bid, he’s handing it squarely into the hands of President Trump. That’s not a threat. It’s a political reality.
